Thursday 3 March, 1pm
Chair to attend annual lunch for the Showmen’s Guild of Great Britain Western Section, at The Hilton Hotel, Lydiard Fields, Great Western Way, Swindon.

Thursday 3 March, 7.30pm
Chair to attend the Mayor of Cheltenham’s ‘Wells Virtuosi Concert’ performed by Wells Cathedral School, at The Pittville Pump Room, Pittville Park, Cheltenham.

Friday 4 March, 1.30pm
Chair to attend E.R.I.C (Education & Resources for improving Incontinence in Children) event to showcase their work and launch new enhanced information and helpline services, at 36 Old School House, Britannia Road, Kingswood.

Sunday 6 March, 12pm
Chair and Vice Chair to attend ‘Last Train to Bitton’, an event to commemorate 50 years to the day since the last passenger trains ran on the Avon Valley line, at Avon Valley Railway, Bath Road, Bitton.

Tuesday 8 March, 5pm
Chair to attend and present an award at the Concorde Book Award ceremony for children’s literature at Bristol & Bath Science Park, Dirac Crescent, Emersons Green.

Sunday 13 March, 4pm
Chair to attend South Gloucestershire Music Hub’s Gala Concert at the Colston Hall, Colston Street, Bristol.

Monday 14 March, 11am
Chair to attend raising of the Commonwealth Flag as a celebration of the Commonwealth of Nations at South Gloucestershire Council’s offices, Badminton Road, Yate.

Thursday 17 March, 6pm
Chair and Vice Chair to attend the Chair of South Gloucestershire Council’s Community Awards ceremony (in association with our sponsors South Gloucestershire & Stroud College), at BAWA, Southmead Road, Filton.
